chances of cob

I didn’t have a rec during rush for the house I ended up really wanting and I know that they do COB and spring rush. Do I have a chance if I get a rec for the spring? Will they even accept the rec at this point?

Just go for it.

Contact the recruitment chairman by email and tell them you really are interested in being a part of their group. Discuss the rec situation and let it go from there. Just be open and honest.
