phi psi handed out bids like nobody's business this year. seems like all they care about is dues from their pledges. they have around 50-60 guys but I know they handed out way more bids than that. no one can deny that their house is amazing, but what's an amazing house if all you have are a bunch of weirdos in it that are not the fraternity type?
pike was a little more selective and there's currently around 35 guys in their pc. seems like their pc's get better and better every year, and I've heard some pretty insane stories about them already. their sorority relations are the best of any mid tier. they really need a new house though.
pi kapp is just pitiful. hand out bids to anyone who expresses the slightest bit of interest. they have the whole frat show out to mixers because there's not enough guys in their pc. they have around 30 right now, but i know that'll drop in the next couple months.
phi delt isnt doing much better than pi kapp. tiny pc at around 20 and a couple of the guys seem like phi psi guys if they didn't have the 8k to fork over for dues.
lambda's pc is okay. their house is odd and they really tried to sign everyone who came out, unfortunately only around 20 guys stuck around. feel like theyre on the come up, but they need to elect better ec's if they want things to be ran properly.
and sammy. well sammy's sammy. decent every year but they slap themselves in the middle tier and don't seem to want to move up anytime soon. bigger pc than lambda and pikapp and most of the others, but still filled with a lot of weirdos.

“Hmmmmmm”. I know plenty of girls outside of the “top 6 who are beautiful, poised, social and intelligent. They were popular in High School too. So your generalization is off base and biased.

They didn’t say otherwise. Little sensitive there. Just said there were lots who were not as social in high school. That is true. Top 7% at most public schools requires work and brains not social skills.

Interesting. I agree with ranking of ones you did. So you would put a lot of chapters in top tier. Guess that makes sense. They do all have good social scenes and mix with Big six at least somewhat. My order:
Fiji, SAE, Sig Ep,ZBT
KA, Kappa Sig, Machi, Delt
Phi Psi, Pike
Pi Kappa, Beta , Sammy
Phi Delt, Lambda Chi

most of ur rankings are accurate except for the top. their is a clear top 3 among fraternities.
FIJI, Sig Ep, KA
SAE (texas rho), ZBT, Delt, Kappa sig, machi.
rest of it doesn't matter that much

IMO, the mid-tier looks like this:
Pike, Phi Psi, Sammy
Phi Delt/Lambda Chi (one's been on the decline while the other appeared out of nowhere, but they're on the same level as of now)
Pi Kapp, Beta
Keep in mind, there's a bigger drop between Sammy and Phi Delt/Lambda Chi than there is between Phi Delt/Lambda Chi and Pi Kapp.
