Huh? The person explained that she was having family issues and called the person out for being a jerk. Which they were. Nothing wrong with that!

If KD isn't finding a way to COB they are kinda clueless. Seeing as UT sets total at average chapter size, I really doubt they will be solidly above total. If they were smart they'd clear their roster as much as possible to make room for girls just like the one who posed the original question since she dropped early due to family issues and not because she didn't have invites.
KD has nice girls. But they aren't that impressive. And they prob think being over total helps them somehow. It doesn't. They need to use COB to improve. Oh well. If they aren't getting good internal advice, they'll just rest easy at number 12 and stay there I guess. It's okay. No real shame in that except that they'll be wondering what happened in a few years.

Sigma Delta Tau does informal recruitment both in fall and spring. It's the exact same process as formal recruitment (open house, philanthropy, sisterhood, pref, bid day), only way less stressful. you talk to the girls for a while to get to know them beyond "whats your name, where are you from, whats your major, ok it was soooo nice to meet you bye!" like some sororities do during formal.
Sigdelt isnt super popular because we are smaller, do informal recruitment, and dont have a live-in house. But the girls are high quality sisters.

didn’t want to explain this but i dropped out of rush week because i was having family issues during that week and had to leave town for a while. thanks for the useless answer, hope u feel better about ur self for being an ass :-)
