st. stephen's and st. andrew's
by: ATXEveryone knows that if you want to go SAE or FIJI you had to go to either one of the wealthy publics schools (HP Westlake Memorial AHHS) or to one of the elite private schools in Texas. I've noticed a lot of St. Marks, ESD, Kinkaid, EHS kids in SAE/FIJI for years, but does anyone know why St. Stephen's and St. Andrew's guys only recently started going FIJI/SAE? It surprised me that there haven't been guys from these 2 schools in top houses until relatively recently even though St. Andrews and St. Stephen's are clearly the wealthiest, most prestigious schools in Austin and have many of the most prominent families in Texas.

Kids from St. Stephens and St. Stephens, even though most typically don't end up at UT, are almost all FIJI/SAE locks. From what Ive seen, if you went to one of these 2 schools, it means you're either from Tarrytown or Westlake which automatically means that your family has a ton of money and tradition. Also, most of these guys were born into greek Texas families. They are the epitome of what the top tier fraternities at UT represent.

Yeah and the ones that go UT have a much higher possibility of being kind of nerdy weird for some reason.
