- One FIJI completes their new house this wont even be a competition.
2)KS, SIP EP
- Both great, KS is till rising, while Sip Ep has peaked.
3) Delt, EX
- Sigma Chi is good, but they are a group of huge tools and gal pals. Delt is still holding on.

"new house" is an addition behind their current house. It's not like they're going to get rid of the old governors mansion.

but as a middle tier guy, they are the two top houses I most respect. They are both involved, get good grades, and have lots of money, but that's about where the similarities end.

Sigma Chi is doing well. They have found there spot being caught in the friend zone with girls and being hated by every other fraternity. They are try hard douchebags. Not to mention they need porta-potties at their parties. Real classy!!
