- Both great, KS is till rising, while Sip Ep has peaked.
3) Delt, EX
- Sigma Chi is good, but they are a group of huge tools and gal pals. Delt is still holding on.

Just curious, where would phi delt go in a ranking? They're ovbiously not top tie or immediately below top tier. They were once #1or #2 with TX Fiji. Any chance of them coming back to having a decent reputation?

Every houston guy i know who had bids to SigEp and Ksig chose SigEp. Ksig has to somehow improve that and they will be good

I like them both a lot, they are for sure my two favorites. That being said, I have a lot more fun a Ksig but know the SigEps a little bit better.

Fiji and Sae hangout with Pkt and SigEp and Ksigs have chio tridelts and zetas as friends. Two different scenes Fiji and sae more exclusive which isn't necessarily a good thing. I always feel welcome at Ksig or SigEp, all four have cool houses and great parties. Rankings are overrated because all the fraternities have differences that separate them and makes Ut Greek life stronger.

What Sigep has going that KS doesn't at the moment is a firmly established line of parties and events that they put on each year. KS only reestablished their top tier position a few years ago, and each pledge class has gotten better and better. A lot of girls already prefer the KS guys to the Sigep ones, and once they continue to grow, build their new house, and establish yearly parties, they will definitely surpass Sigep.

One difference that sets apart Fiji, SAE, ande KSIG from Sip Ep is that they aren't light in the loafers.
