in between phi delt lxa and pike

by:

Really liked Pike and Phi Delt. LXA was a good group of guys as well, super cool. I could see myself at any of these three houses - but why is pike so expensive and phi delt a little less and lxa a lot less than both? Like does LXA still do as much as either of those two, or should I consider the other two more because they would do more than lambda chi?

I would definitely go Pike. Better sorority relations and more respected on campus

I didn’t realize Phi Delt would only have that house for a year.

If you’re concerned about cost, LXA is the best bang for your buck. Pike is really good as well but dues will go up even more with their new house. Phi Delt is just irrelevant

PIke best bet now. Phi Delt better for long term given their history at UT.

Their history are ut? All 3 chapters have been at UT for 100 years. Y’all Phi Delts need to get off greekrank. Ever since your suspension you guys are irrelevant. Do yourself a favor and go with anyone other than these clowns. They’re a t shirt collecting club.

Pike is your best option. But obvisouly you need to fit in. Dont go for the reputation bc it doesnt make you are better man. And phidlet is good as dead since the suspension, house lost, and failed merge with ato
