can someone in phi psi answer a few questions?

by:    

1.) How long is the pledge process?
2.) What is the time commitment while pledging, and what is the time commitment as an active (mandatory things, not mixers, etc.)
3.) How much are the dues?
4.) Would you recommend it?
5.) Is it too late to rush fall 2018?
