phi psi house

Would Phi Psi be able to reach top tier with their new house? Could they surpass sigma chi, delt, KA with their compound? Do girls prefer phi psi over other fraternities just because of the house

phi psi has had that house for around three years now and they've only gotten worse since they bought it. they have to change their mentality about how its all going to happen over night, while in reality it takes well over 8 years to build anything significant

Drove by that house last week. Starting to look more like a typical frat house. Any benefit they got is probably gone.

It's like a weird guy that has a cool car. Yeah the car might attract people to hang around him a little more and might catch the attention of some desperate girls, but at the end of the day he's still a weird dude.
