is it better to suicide or pref both houses?
by: GSay I get two houses on pref night but one I absolutely do not like and the other is my top choice. Say I know for sure I will not accept a bid from my second house. I am reading that people are saying not to suicide because it decreases your chance of getting in your first house but why? How come it is better to pref both houses than to suicide? Does suiciding mean I HAVE to be on their list #1 to get a bid whereas if I pref both houses I will get the house that ranked me higher? Thank you

even if you know you wont accept the bid i'd just pref both, obviously the one you want you should pref first, but put both down and that way you can experience it before you say no. not saying you'll change your mind but it's good experience for next year if u dont get what u want
