It isn’t. It just looks that way because PKT basically fill their chapters with girls they already know....most of whom lived in same wealthy areas. ALL the chapters pull from hometowns where they have girls and try to fill chapters with girls they know and like. .

PKT may pull from wealthy areas but most of the members come from the lower tier families who live in small rented homes and the girls buy their Clothes at popular Resale shops. Just a Rich perception they want to have.
