Phi Delt was on the same level as ATO / Pike until they got suspended. This past Spring was their first time being able to rush again, and they pulled in a good caliber of guys. They have somewhere around like 80ish members now, but they should be fine considering they are one of the most historic fraternities at UT and nationwide. Their alumni connections are comparable to a lot of the top tiers, and they seem to have a good quality guys still in the chapter. They should do fine in the coming semesters just have to rush good guys. Check them out if you're interested, and don't be an idiot and base your opinions on Greek Rank.
