To be honest, its top of the bottom tier.
Most of the guys I know are pretty nice. They have large pledge classes, but they have one of the easiest pledgeships at UT. The reason they're bottom tier is bc they don't have any signature parties like frats in the mid tier, don't mix a lot with big 6 sororities, and have no guys in spurs/cowboys. Someone told me they do mix with big 6, but having a groupme with one and having 4 girls show up doesnt count as mixing.
At the end of the day, it's a t shirt collecting club

It seems like someone in the bottom tier is always rising maybe Phi Delt , maybe Beta maybe Lambda Chi but when you look at it they never seem to get up to the mid tier. It's takes organizational skill to make that move.
You have to have several years of success. Several years of recruiting better members and more of them, Several years ofworking on sorority relationships. Getting better housing and making the effort to get members into Cowboys, Spurs etc. You can't make it in a year or two and it's hard to do with the turnover in membership.
