the best and worst of the ‘tiers’

The traditional tiers look something like this:
Pi Phi ~ Kappa ~ Theta
TriDelt ~ ChiO ~ Zeta
APhi ~ AChiO
DG ~ KD ~ ADPi
AXiD
However, I don’t think this is necessarily accurate. As someone who has lots of friends in all these sororities and apart of ‘top tier’, I think it’s all kinds of BS.
Some of the nicest, funniest and smartest people I know are ‘bottom’ with some of the most boring being ‘top’.
Take ranking with a heavy grain of salt - sisterhood and friendships within a pledge class don’t always get stronger the higher up you go on this ‘hierarchy’.

Pi phi and Theta are at the top in their own world. They rush against each other with and some of Kappa girls too. They are the hardest to get in. Only mix with Fiji and occasionally SAE. Thetas are life of the party girls and Pi Phis are not as outgoing. They are nice girls just hated by many bc they DGAF what anyone thinks and choose girls they want.
Kappa gets some of girls Pi phi and Theta are rushing but also rushing against Chi o and Tri Delta. They are more like Pi Phi and Theta but are getting mainly girls top two are not quite as interested in. Why they have had to snap bid recently. Very nice girls imo
As an aside, those three don’t dirty rush. Rest do....especially Chi o
Chi o and Tri Delta looks are very important to these two and they are usually beautiful. Much more so than three above them. IMO they think they are all that. They really don’t understand why PKT are more desirable to many girls or to Fiji and SAE so really don’t like Pi phi or Theta.
Zeta hot and wilder but nice
Alpha Phi/AXO similar to Zeta just not big six. Alpha Phis are usually very pretty also
DG/ KD/AEPhi very nice girls. Didn’t know anyone coming into rush and perhaps a little quiet during rush

THERE IS NO SAE!!! Going underground and still wearing letters will never allow them to be pin-wearing members of their national chapter. They are AT BEST a local—PERIOD.

replying because i agree with the message here
there are nice and funny girls in all chapters, just like there are snooty girls in all chapters. rankings are just a way for people who want to relive high school to validate themselves as being “top dog” again in college. rankings don’t matter now, and won’t matter in the future. go where you feel comfortable. period.
