Tx Rho owns that house, not UT, do the guys still live-in/throw parties? If they can still pull it off then they'll have no problem remaining at the top. It's Texas Sig Alph, they literally run UT and forever will.

They are screwed. Who wants to connect with a group that has no National support? Just a made up group of guys living in a house together. No future, no ties, no lifetime alumni! That sucks for them.

Yes they have the house and will continue to have parties and other functions there, the permitting process is handled through the city. SAE National has nothing to do with the house.
