ka, sigma chi, kappa sig

It seems like these three are on the same level in tiers. Can someone explain what is different about each one. Nicest house, pulls most girls, best parties, most events, etc

KSig: money and squidy
Machi: looks and douchey
KA: Slightly more southern?

KSig and Sigma Chi are more comparable of the three. KA is more on par with Delt

I think it means most of them are a little off (socially). Honestly I think KA will be higher up on the tier list than the other two because of this, despite the wealth and house of Kappa Sig. Sigma Chi has cool guys but they're losing their house so they won't be able to compete on the same level as Kappa Sig and KA for the time being.
