how do sororities decide who to follow?

Ok so I’ve noticed that certain sororities official Instagram accounts are following some pnms. How do they decide to follow on that account? Do they follow legacies, friends of girls, just ones with good instas???

Think many official ones are following specific girls. All chapters are looking though. Make sure everyone can see yours.

They mostly follow girls w big connections to their chapter/ones they rly want. You’ll see it a lot throughout the summer especially when rush gets close
