pkt...the female omicron

PKT really needs to pull an Omicron because they won't even associate with other PKT chapters. Don't even think of affiliating if you transfer here. If you're a legacy, forget it unless you're a UT PKT legacy.

I know several Pi Phis' moms/sisters went to BU, UGA and other places and KAT has legacies whose moms/sisters went to Vandy, UVA and Tulane. Those sororities don't have chapters at sub-par schools so they'll take legacies from most any chapter. Don't know about KKG though. That's shameful if they don't let transfers affiliate.

PKT has lots of bottom tier chapters that they won't take transfers from, especially in the South

I completely disagree with you all. I've known GREAT pledge classes with wonderful chemistry that were destroyed when a transfer came in and disrupted everything. Usually girls who plan this scheme in advance are not the type of girl you want anyway. Now sometimes, the girl is legit, but sometimes she isn't. Sorry, but these chapters have their reasons....

They think they are better then their own sisters across the nation. That is really, really back stabbing and just proves to all of us that they are truly not worth our time of day. Sooooo it is time for everyONE to let them drown in their own self pity. A higher being will destroy them if they don't destroy themselves first.

it is sad...PKT are the only chapters that do this. They think they're better than they're own nationals. The rest are very open to transfers and legacies from other chapters. We have 11 great sororities here that have true sisterhoods.

It isn't sad. It's fine. There are tragedies in life and this isn't one. It's life. They should be honored and flattered if they ARE asked to affiliate. You cannot blame the chapters for wanting to keep their chapter a certain way. A lot of hard work goes into choosing the right kids and tranfers shouldn't just automatically waltz in. If they are a true "fit" then it will be obvious.

Big 4 frats don't let most transfers affiliate either. TCU fiji tried to affiliate here and they wouldn't even let him into their roundup party.

Sig Ep's won't take transfers either although they have chapters at so many subpar schools I can kind of see the reasoning. My opinion is affiliate them even if you would not pledge them unless they are screamers.
