spring rush

Which fraternities usually do a spring rush? Is out of state really a big deal to any of them?

basically any of the fraternities other than SAE, Fiji, Sig Ep and Kappa Sig do Spring rush, and all the other fraternities pretty much won't care if you're out of state as long as you're cool.
