KA hands down. Their house is in a way better location, Delt is a pain to get to. Also Delt’s new PC has some weird guys, whereas all the KAs are pretty cool.

KA without question. WAY better house that's significantly nicer and actually in West Campus, finally ended the nationals/Omicron fiasco that dropped them out of top tier the past 6-7 years so can only go up from here (and quickly; each new PC will be better and better the next 2-3 years until they're competing with SigEp/SAE/Fiji again), best alumni relations out of ANY UT fraternity even top tier (how do you think they were the only chapter in the nation to fight nationals and WIN? overwhelming financial and personal support from Alumni that boast seriously powerful men over the past half-century), lastly they hang out with way hotter girls (Zeta, Chi O, TriDelt, Kappa). anyone that tries to dispute any of these facts is a fool. Delt has been clinging on to Matthew McConaughey being an alumni for YEARS now and well...that's about it.
