NO actually it is Kappa Sig trying to think their new LODGE (sounds like the VA Hall, LOL) and new DORM building is all that. Cheapest way to build just like a Kappa Sig, CHEAP. Guess if one likes living on Little House on the Prairie, they found their true home with a bunch of prairie dogs. LOL!
