In becoming the affiliation of Sigma Phi Epsilon, one inculcates the Balanced Man Program (BMP). The particular individual then instantly becomes a brother. Through SigEp, men codify their character, polish interpersonal skills and perfect their communication skills. The BMP ergo, immolates pledges from the chapter experience, and puts emphasis on the continuous development throughout college, the living life, infinity and beyond.

This year's pledge class is half softies and the other half actually knows how to have a good time but they wish that they prob would’ve joined another frat at this point. Great guys overall but the few soft ass dudes kill their rep.
