not worth it to rush texas rho?

I have heard many mixed things from people on whether or not to rush Texas Rho. I know it is kind of a guessing game but do you think that they will remain among the elite fraternities?

Sigep doesn't go fully dry until 2020. This year, by this summer, they need to go dry in public spaces or else lose their charter
