Certainly not what most people say. Go look at posts older than a few weeks ago. Someone on here is trying to affect rush outcomes by making some sororities sound better and some much worse than they are.
Most people would say Pi Phi and Theta are top 2. Both chapters are attractive despite what is said on here, but that isn't their number one priority when choosing girls. Those three are clearly the hardest to get into. It is KKG who has had to snap bid recently and they are probably number three with Chi O very close behind. I would say looks are more important in chapters outside of PKT so it is true that other chapters are prettier or hotter. However, most girls who are offered a PKT bid would take it in a heartbeat over any other chapter so I would say those are the top three.
After that perceived order above looks pretty accurate.
All have great girls and different strengths.

Even Fiji doesn't really like them, they're just easy lays. Irony being that they think they're gonna get a ring at the end of it all

The only people who say Pi Phi and Theta are top two are Pi Phi’s and Theta’s...... Almost every single girl I know that’s in a Big 6 sorority cut Pi Phi, and usually Theta too, on the first or second round bc they did not want to go back there. No one likes Pi Phi except Fiji’s and Pi Phi’s
