recruitment videos?

Why don't all of the chapters do them? None of the PKT sororities or DG has ever released a recruitment video, and other chapters, like KD and Tri Delt, post them during random years. I know that sororities like PKT probably don't to try and lure in new members with videos like these since they already know who will be in their pledge classes, but Chi O and Zeta post them knowing the majority of the PNMs that they want too. What makes a sorority decide whether or not to film these?

a lotta top houses do them, like aphi at Arizona that spent 1.5 mil on theirs last year.\n\n\n\n\n
