I love AEPhi's house and their new addition off to the side. Only issue with it is the part behind the main facade is not in keeping with the facade; it looks like an inexpensive add-on.

The house is gorgeous inside.

Theta's house is just like the Thetas themselves. Not that attractive on the outside, but inner-circle (indoors) is what does the trick.

Let's not bring perceived sorority personality into this. this is a great thread about the physical houses.

On Theta's house, when you have such a rundown house, that sends the message that nationals does not have the money to fix it up. I wonder why not.

Nationals doesn't pay for all of it at all. Kappa got some money from nationals, some because it's a state historic landmark, and I believe it also got something from the country for being a national landmark. I think the majority of funds came from alumns. So, it takes a lot to redo a house. Theta may be working on it, but it won't happen overnight. The Kappa reno may cause them to get with it though.

Theta is redoing the house this coming school year (2019-2020) and have been doing a major capital campaign so they should be having close to 2-4 million dollar renovation of the house.

As someone with a lot of friends who live in the house right now, the pool and patio in the backyard is beautiful and the courtyard in the front is super fun. The inside has a little bit of grandma vibes with a lot of history but more relaxed.

AXO: Exterior is pretty, the wrought iron details really add a lot of character. It's definitely one of the smaller houses though.
ADPi: Has a very classic feel to it with the white columns and balconies. The inside may not be as nice as some of the other houses, but it definitely isn't bad.
AEPhi: Obviously has done a great job fixing their place up. Everyone loves the new look of their house, but again, it's clearly on the small side.
APhi: The three stories with balconies on this house really make it stand out from the other three-storied houses. One thing that bothers me is their windows and doors on the first floor look randomly placed, none of them look like they're in the right spot.
AXiD: I don't hate the look of this house as much as a lot of other people do. The inside is decorated okay and they have a nice pool.
Chi O: One of the best looking houses in my opinion. The arches and brown brick make it unique from many of the other houses and it's size is impressive.
Tri Delt: One of the more underrated houses, the front of this house is really nice looking. I'm not a huge fan of the shutters, but they don't look awful.
DG: This house is pretty weird looking in comparison to the others, but I kind of like it. The arches with the super tall trees is cool looking, and a pool is always a plus!
Theta: Pink... that's all I really have to say. The porch swings are a cute addition to the front.
KD: I really love the look of KD's house. The white exterior gives the house a really clean and classic look, and the black details are a good contrast.
Kappa: One of the most beautiful UT houses, it has a very old Southern vibe to it. It's exterior and size are extremely impressive.
Pi Phi: Another gorgeous house, it's size is one of the main things it has going for it. The awning in the front makes it look even grander.
Zeta: Pretty, but it doesn't really stand out if you're looking at all of the houses. It looks really nice on the outside, but the front porch is a bit plain.

The reason why the windows don’t match up on Alpha Phi is because of its history. It was the first structure built as an actual sorority house on campus and it was only one story with a single door entry. The second and third floors were added later on and the single door entry was made into a double door entry

They are having their major redo in three years

PBP: Beautiful inside and out! Super impressive because of its size. Looks a little awkward right on the street with hardly any lawn, though.
KKG: Super nice inside and out. The style is typical/dowdy. Huge rooms upstairs with tons of mirrors everywhere.
KAT: An embarrassment on the outside but very nice inside.
XO: Love it inside and out! Love the brown brick and arches in the front and the ironwork. Looks fine right on the street.
DDD: Nice but definitely kind of boring.
ZTA: Some spots are pretty junky inside but very impressive on the outside because of the large porch and deep lawn.
APhi: Charming New Orleans exterior with a warm, gentil interior (beautiful, interior archways) make it very unique. Awesome great hall with cool ceiling detail. Needs some exterior maintenance. Re-do imminent.
AXO: A little cramped for space but love the stone exterior! Ironwork as a really nice touch as well. Very unique look.
AEPhi: Beautiful, small, modern home. So well done, inside and out! I especially love the elevated addition off to the side.
DG: Love the tall trees and the varied gables/ front elevation. Another unique look! Cool because it is so wide.
ADPi: Beautiful, tidy, little, stone home. Cozy and inviting exterior. Very homey on the inside. Interior is not my style but it is a gem of a home.
KD: Very nice, well-maintained home but closed and dead looking. It looks empty all the time.
AZD: Nice home. Columns look like fake add-ons. Entryway could be improved with nicer, beefier, paneled doors or glass with wrought iron. I’ve never liked the black chapter letters on the second floor.
SDT: It’s a place for them to call home even though they rent. Nice, modern look with the building style and neatly placed letters.

We are really lucky at Texas to have such a variety of styles.
