srd or hardin?

by: ut2022

I plan on rushing next fall and have toured both SRD and Hardin. Contracts go out soon in Jan/Feb. Recommendations or opinions on either?

facilities are nicer at SRD but would you say hardin is worth it for the more fun group of girls?

but living in Hardin if you have no connections going into rush might be tough. Most of the girls there know a lot of people in Greek life and will end up in the "top" sororities.

If I live in Hardin, will I feel left out if I don't rush a top 3 sorority?

I know I won’t be in PKT but I am still planning to live in Hardin. I do hope/plan to join a sorority. I do like SRD though. I don’t know why people say negative things about lower tiers and SRD. It’s a cool dorm with so much history. And all the sororities seem good to me. I am looking forward to next fall!

SRD has this creepy ass thing where you have to get a Masonic sponsor. I don't want anything to do with that. "Scottish rite." That stuff is nothing short of a cult. Hardin or bust

Also what about Castilian? Calloway is so much more expensive for what doesn’t seem like much better. But do many Greeks live in Castilian?

Older greeks live in Castilian, but not many in freshman year do
