weird pledge program 80-90% of Sig Ep chapters do. Apparently it was optional for chapters that were around when it was implemented but every new or rechartering chapter has to do it. Most of Sig Ep's good non-Balanced Man chapters hate it, and most of their good Balanced Man chapters are on an in name only basis with the program.
