Some people are so hateful. I wish I could cut the word "irrelevant" out of people's vocabulary. It is so trite and hate-filled. Anyhooooo...They are not big in Greek life, but my friends who do it, LOVE it. So if you do it, don't worry and just have fun. They are a goood organization.

i tried out for sweethearts twice my freshman year and didn't make it either time :( i ended up rushing instead at the beginning of my sophomore year and ended up getting a big 6 sorority. idk girls in sweethearts seemed really chill and it's smaller and less intense than a sorority i think. it's definitely really exclusive unless you know the right people. as far as comparing to greek life, it doesn't. if you want to do greek life, do it; if you don't, then dont. you do you. idk if this helps

Can actually be a Tx Sweetheart and be Greek though most times the girl joined Sweethearts freshman yr and rushed sophomore.

Think mixers with bottom tier sororities and probably the club sport teams. Pretty irrelevant in greek life. However, if that's where you feel like you fit in, that's what you should do.

They're a spirit group, so they don't fall into greek life. they mostly mix with male spirit groups, like wranglers, tejas, and iron spikes.

in terms of greek life, they mix with bottom tier frats. however, they still have a good social scene, which includes mixers, date events, formals, etc. however, they do have these mostly with other spirit groups.
