re-rushing

by:

I rushed this year and accepted a bid from the only house I had left on bid day. I was in the sorority for around 2 months, but decided to drop(before being initiatied). There were a few reasons why I dropped, but I mainly did so because I want to re-rush next year. I didn't really enjoy the house that much when I was a part of it, and I felt that I was cooler than a lot of the girls (just being honest lol). I'm hoping to get a "better" house next year. What are my chances? I know this post will come off snobby and annoying, which is fair, but I really just felt like I didn't fit into the sorority that I ended up joining this year. We had a huge pledge clas with a lot of different girls, but I just didn't find my group. I am a very fun and likeable person who enjoys to party. Thanks for any input!

Didn’t you post this same message about 2 months ago? Same wording.

It isn't all that rare to rerush and get a "better House" even PKT. If you don't mesh with your house, try again. Why be miserable and pay lots of money if you are uncomfortable. I don't agree with some of the things you said, but that's not my business. I also think the second person was a troll

Honestly it's kind of a shot in the dark. Personally, I rushed my freshman year and was dropped from the process but then ended up with Theta when I rushed sophomore year. However, I know a lot of girls where this is not the case...I do think you have much better chances of getting a "better" house by rushing sophomore year but it still depends a lot on who you know and how well you fit
