Interesting that this is also Baylor's Top Four, but not in that order.

Sure Fiji is borderline kicked off campus at Baylor and not taking pledge classes.

Sigma chi is on that list, and not sure phi delt belongs.
Sigma chi is top four at SMU and TCU, and top five at UT. Those are the only schools that matter
Phi delt is good at TTU and TCU, ok at SMU and suck everywhere else. You can't "run the state" unless you at least have a decent chapter at UT.

For the most part this is accurate but it's a little outdated. For one, Delt isn't top tier here. They're good, but not top. Same with A&M, last time I visited the top tier was very clearly KA Fiji SAE and SigEp. Delt and Beta collapsed over there. Baylors top house isn't even a national fraternity it's some local one. Also some of the others are just a little off
