It is TTU or TCU for number 3, and a fairly big drop after those two. I'm honestly inclined to say Tech's Greek life is slightly better, but it's a close call regardless. We're pretty solidly the best in the state followed by SMU. Let Tech and TCU argue among themselves (unless you're from TCU, in which case I see why you bothered).
