I know Pike takes a bunch that should have gotten way better bids. People just go in with a lack of information. Out of the top tier, SigEp probably takes the most OOS.

TKE is actually mostly OOS guys, so check them out this spring.

TKE is not at the level of PIKE or top fraternities, but i've heard they are young and growing
