Phi Delt is alright, but I can't help but think that wall of text was written by a Phi Delt. It seemed to have a lot of in depth information about them and kept talking about how they were better than all of the similarly sized fraternities and taking lots of shots at Phi Psi.

You're the same person. You're calling people out for calling you out and simultaneously taking shots at other fraternities in Phi Delt's milieu, and you don't see how hypocritical that is?

Someone wrote a long series of very in depth information about Phi Delt while simultaneously belittling all of the fraternities they primarily compete with, and the people calling that person out are the problem with this site?

Phi delt, phi psi, and all the other joke fraternities mentioned aren't good. Also stop claiming middle tier, that is strictly Delt, sigma chi, ATO, and pike. You guys are leagues from that. That entire top piece was subjective bull written by a phi delt to try and get you to rush. If you are white and a chill normal guy there is no reason to even look at phi delt.
