phi delt reputation
by: pdatoWhat's the reputation like for Phi Delt? I heard they were one of the best fraternities on campus in the 80s and 90s but what happened and where are they know? What are they projected to be in the next couple years?

Currently at upper bottom/lower mid tier. They haven't had a pledge class in the last two semesters due to repeated hazing violations, and are on thin ice with the university because of it.
They have some nice guys and are strong nationally. They will probably compete with Pi Kapp, Lambda Chi, and Beta for rush after their probation

Yeah, they are at the old acacia house for one more semester (when phi delts lease expires). They'll fall short on recruiting, because unlike Phi Delt, freshman have atleast heard of those other three frats, but they dont know squash about Phi Delt.

I agree, it's hard for any fraternity to pull a good spring pledge class, but especially one that hasnt had pledges in over a year. I would say they fall bellow those three fraternities at this point, they'll struggle for a while, assuming they don't get shut down first.
