So what happened//happens to the ousted frat residents in the SAE house? Was that it, or was there a time allowance to find other student housing?

they still live there. they own the house, not nationals

I heard a multicultural fraternity is in talks with the land owner to buy the house. Some black or Hispanic fraternity im not too sure.

not true. house is owned by sae alumni group and the purchase price + maintenance would likely exceed the dues + alumni contributions from a majority of the groups on campus

I think a black or Hispanic fraternity should get it. I bet the "I think I'm better than anyone else" THETAS would just love their new neighbors replacing their close cozy clickish SAEs, LOL!!
