SAE owns the house outright, but with Austin's high property taxes with no pledges and income what so ever it doesn't make sense to keep it for at least four years. especially with the charter revoked and lack of tax protection from what was originally a non profit club that now legally doesn't even exist anymore. it'll get rented out or sold. they messed up bad.

It is likely that they do something similar to what KA did. They got in trouble with nationals for hazing 6 years ago and lost their charter, but the alums owned the house. they just rebranded to "omicron" and became a local fraternity. after a few years, they re-affiliated with ka and got their charter back
