What is sigma chi going to do next year without a house?

Apparently they’re tearing down their current house and fundraising for a new one, but that process will probably take a few years

They have a huge alumni base and deep pockets. I can't see them unhoused for a "few years". That won't happen. Period.

They’ll probably be like Kappa Sig and go houseless for a little over a year. They’ll probably just throw joint parties at other fraternity houses and may drop a little
