I think Pi Phi did the best of top 3 during rush this year and Chi O of the next three.

I think Pi Phi and Theta are clearly top two after the last few years. Which is better is a matter of opinions.

Next two are KKG and Chi O. Probably in that order

Then DDD and Zeta....probably in that order.
