SigEp shouldn't even be called a real fraternity anymore. Sign a paper and you're in, don't have to earn letters at all and will accept anyone with a good GPA. Not a true brotherhood in the least bit. Has a new policy making it a Dry house even for those older than 21

Lawl Kappa Sig looks like a dorm now. The new construction ruined it so hard and the only redeeming structure left on that property is the lodge. Phi Psi's is too new for my taste.
I would say:

SAE
KA
Phi Psi (it is impressive nevertheless)
And then I would include Delt, etc, but mid-century modern irks me

SigEp Texas Alpha RLC is unique in that our chapter house and all fraternity events are alcohol and substance free by choice. The brothers feel that the brotherhood we are constantly striving to build does not require alcohol to exist. The chapter also works to encourage responsible decision-making and healthy behavior in regard to alcohol consumption outside of fraternity events.

If this is trolling it's top quality. You don't need alcohol to build brotherhood, but it's fun
