Keep in mind Greek Life is MORE than just large D1 universities. The lower mid and low groups I classified as such because they're newer to NPC, and primarily stick to smaller and/or private campuses. A Phi's strong popularity outside of the west coast is fairly new, so they don't get to be top just yet. But if they keep this up, in another 20 years they will be. Zeta and KD could very well be top, I could be convinced of that. But A Phi still isn’t quite there yet, but they’re way more than a mid tier.

Hehe. Were you checking this site in the 1950's? This ranking reflects today, not what you thought might be happening decades ago.
APhi is most certainly top and absolutely challenge Theta and PiPhi nationally. They are very strong EVERYWHERE other than the Deep South. They are MUCH more consistently top than Tri Delta and Chi Omega, so you can change your little order within your top group as well.

Actually I can be down with this. A Phi is experiencing the same growth Chi O did in the 90's and early 00's. It's a good thing they're growing so much. No, they aren't a historically top chapter. They haven't yet touched the historical reps of Chi O, Kappa, Theta, and Pi Phi. But they are a current top chapter in lots of places. So if they keep it up, they will have that strong history.
I would move AEPhi up. I would also move ADPi up. I would likely move Phi Mu down.

So wrong:
XO, DDD and ZTA are great in the south but hit or miss everywhere else. KD even more hit or miss. APhi kills from AZ to WA and is also very strong in all of Midwest and NE.
On their worst day, AEPhi/SDT are better than all of your "lower mid".
