texas cowboys

How "prestigious" are the Texas Cowboys compared to Greek life? I know that there are quite a bit of fraternity men in it.
Also, how about Wranglers, Tejas, and Spurs?

Texas Cowboys: Considering they cherry-pick the five or six most popular/involved actives from each of the top fraternities (e.g. Fiji, SAE, SigEp, Kappa Sig, etc.), the Cowboys are quite possibly the most successful/desirable student organization on campus, greek or non-greek.
Silver Spurs: Another highly prestigious group, although I'd say they're just slightly below the Cowboys. They too take some of the best talent from all the top organizations, but in my experience, most students would aspire to be a Cowboy before a Spur, just as they would aspire to be in Fiji or SAE before, say, Delt or Pike.
Tejas Club: In its own right, Tejas is another top-notch student organization. People often make the mistake of trying to compare them to the top fraternities on campus, without realizing that Tejas has never wanted to be like the party-crazed "top houses." Instead, their organization is built on intellectual and philanthropic advancement. (You'll likely find some of the smartest guys on campus among their ranks.) They have a very nice house, their members (braves) regularly matriculate into the Cowboys/Spurs, and their alumni network is as powerful as that of any of the best fraternities. In short, they are the top student org. for those looking to steer clear of the greek community.
Texas Wranglers: Not entirely familiar with the group, but it really seems like it's built on exercising. Easy to join, provided you can withstand the brutal workout regime. No Cowboys/Spurs.

The Cowboys have been on campus longer than any other organization and takes its initiates from all other groups except the Spurs. At least 1/3 of all members of the Texas Cowboys must be independents allowing the organization represent the entire campus group of leaders.
