spring rush fraternity

I'm in a pkt at UT and my brother is transferring to UT in the Spring from out of state and he's a sophomore. He doesn't want to rush as a junior as many fraternities would think it's weird, so he wants to rush this upcoming spring - what fraternities are rushing or should he just wait until junior year?

Delt, Phi Psi, ATO, Pike, and everyone below.

Those four are the only ones worth it during spring imo.

Those are probably guys who transfered in from ACC. UT doesn't officially recognize ACC members until they transfer into UT so someone (either IFC or SigEp) decided to list them as "new members."
