what's the beta theta pi like?

I heard they got a new house. How did they pull that off being so new?

Rising, I don't think their house will be done for a lil while but I can see it be done within four years. Definitely has the most promise out of the "bottom" fraternities due to quality of guys, but they got a loooong way to go.
