suburbs?

I keep seeing that the "suburbs" are seen as sub par during rush and was curious as to why? Like are they still the kiss of death even if a girl has camp/hs connections?

They are not the kiss of death anymore. Every House takes girls from the suburbs. Every house takes the wealthy out of state girls.

And you know those "wealthy" out of state girls are so-much better than the non wealthy out of state girls. Because out of state tuition is almost 4times more than in state. So out of state people can obviously afford more than in state people. So what is your point #1?

All OOS are wealthy here. "Non-wealthy OOS" does not exist. It is not even a thing. They sort of bring up the middle tier to some degree too
