cob
by: pnm1How do I get involved with / become a part of COB this school year? I did not rush but now I regret it

Contact the Panhellenic office and ask what you need to do to put your name on the COB list. Panhellenic will share the list of interested names with the chapters who are eligible for COB. If any of those chapters are interested in meeting you, they'll contact you. COB is by invitation only vs formal rush where at least every pnm goes to every single chapter during Round 1.
In other words, go ahead and sign up but don't get your hopes up. Very very few chapters will even be eligible for COB this semester and most prefer to extend bids directly to friends of current members.
If you're a freshman, dive in to school. Make very good grades this year (3.5+), get involved in a few key activities on campus, and most importantly make very good friends with as many sorority women as possible. This will all set you up to rush for the first time as a sophomore- first time sophomores who are prepared and have great resumes & connections tend to rush well.
