lower ranked frat
by: ut2021I'm not one to care about ranks or social status what so ever so if the responses could be genuine I'd appreciate it. That being said, I want to rush a lower tier frat just because dues are lower, any recommendations?

Def not theta chi, try AEPi or Delta Sig instead- they mix with what people call "bottom tier" sororities like DG- AXiD and have the better round up. Theta chi has round up with delta sig but their house isn't nice at all.
