2017 recruitment changes

Could just be a pot stirrer trying to up the drama factor. Who knows. But 2 options at the end happens at other schools and seems to have a high probability of giving PNMs no option (i.e., totally possible to not get a bid). Will have to look at the math to see whether 2 or 3 options gives more people a better chance of getting a single bid.

It actually doesn't matter if pnms have 2 options or 3 - they are guaranteed a bid to one of their pref houses as long as they maximize their options and list every Pref house on their card (i.e., no suiciding).
Several major colleges (A&M, Georgia) have gone back to 2 Pref from 3 this fall because over 90% of pnms were getting their 1st or 2nd choices anyway during bid matching.
