rich?

I keep seeing certain chapters described as rich but what are we talking numbers wise?? jw

pkt are seemingly identified as "rich" because of the areas/highschools where their girls come from. however, i know just as many wealthy aphis, chi os, zetas, tri delts (and I'm sure many other houses) who are just as wealthy. at the same time... this shouldn't matter to you if you're going through recruitment

Also, their parents are the ones who are rich. not the girls themselves

Go to Zillow and look up property values for homes in the "target high schools" neighborhoods. Memorial, Highland Park, Westlake, etc have median home prices above the $1million mark. Parents make at the very least $250k/year.
