fall rush sophomore

Are middle- upper tier fraternities less likely to give you a bid if you are rushing as a sophomore in the fall?

As a sophomore you won't have top priority, but if you're cool and can make a good impression you can probably get a bid at any middle tier house (most will probably only take a few sophomores though). The top tier houses have so many incoming freshman lined up already that you'll probably have to check a lot of boxes to get a bid if they're even giving any.
